When our customers ask, “where are your drought tolerant plants?” we explain our system for keeping them in their culturally, or regionally designated section (e.g. sun, shade, CA,) and distinguished by the logo you see above. You will still find an excellent selection of water-frugal plants in these sections, but now, for the first time ever we have large space devoted to interesting plants for dry Bay Area gardens. Use this as a starting point for ideas, and learning which plants are compatible. Make your way to the west side of the nursery and look for the signs…or simply ask a nurseryperson.
