Apples, apricots, peaches, pears, plums, and pluots arrive in early January for bareroot planting. We select only varieties appropriate for our coastal conditions and these include, among others, Fuji apples, Green Gage plums, and the noteworthy Black Jack dwarf fig. Fruit trees are a great addition to the urban garden and are easy to manage if you keep them small. Our fruit tree availability list is currently available at the front counter. Quantities of these and other bareroot trees are limited, so make your selections and reserve them now. And because they perform so well here, we are offering twelve Apple varieties, in addition to a ‘six in one’ combination on one tree.
